Garcia gives ultimatum to CCSC contractor

CEBU CITY — Repairs on the rubberized oval track at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) remain stalled, as the contractor, SBD Builders, has yet to initiate work despite the fast-approaching deadline.

Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia has issued a new ultimatum, requiring the contractor to start repairs by the first week of November 2024. Failure to meet this timeline could result in contract termination and a halt on payments.
