CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Operators and drivers rolling cargoes are up in arms here against what they described as favoritism and alleged poor services at Batangas City International Port (BCIP).
The group alleged that some port security officials prioritize those willing to shell out a certain amount to allow boarding their cargoes ahead.
