MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and rain showers in most parts of the country, the weather bureau said Saturday.
Based on the 4 a.m. weather advisory of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the easterlies will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, the Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas.
