THE Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) gained another milestone as it bagged two Gold Stevie awards in the prestigious 2024 International Business Awards held at the InterContinental Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey.
In a statement released to the media on Wednesday, the BCDA said it is the lone national government agency from the Philippines to receive such award for two times.
