MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Imee Marcos, chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, said on Friday that the Philippines must prepare for the impact the US elections will have on the country and the world.

She said US policies on defense, immigration, and investments could undergo rapid and significant shifts following the 2024 presidential elections.
