THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) deployed motorist assistance teams for All Souls' Day and All Saints' Day.

DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan on Thursday said the department's "Lakbay Alalay" program was in place to provide prompt and reliable roadside assistance to motorists.
