THE Department of Education (DepEd) has partnered with Japanese firm Sprix to provide Filipino learners free access to the Test of Fundamental Skills (Tofas) so they can improve their mathematics proficiency.

The partnership was signed by Education chief Juan Edgardo Angara on Thursday together with Hiroyuki Tsuneishi, Sprix president and representative director, Leo Shoji, Sprix Global Strategy Division lead development officer, and Algrace Avancena, chief representative of Sprix Philippines.
