It's been over a year since Gilas Pilipinas made history by beating Jordan in the 2023 Hanzhou Asian Games en route to bagging the men's basketball gold medal, marking the end of the Philippines' 61-year title drought.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson reinforced the Jordanian national squad as a naturalized player and the current TNT import still remembered how the game went. He recalled the kind of defense Gilas Pilipinas coach Tim Cone threw at him as he struggled to make his shots in the gold medal game against the Philippines.
