Allen Durham retires

MANILA Philippines — Hulking import Allen Durham decided to retire from pro basketball just weeks after helping a banged-up Meralco side reach the PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup quarterfinals.

The 36-year-old Durham called it quits after 14 years of playing pro ball since coming out of Grace Bible College in 2011.
