THE Department of Energy (DoE) said on Tuesday that fuel tankers carrying liquid petroleum products (gasoline and diesel) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) have begun arriving in various areas of the Bicol Region late in the afternoon on Oct. 28 to ensure the region's fuel needs are met, particularly to support emergency response operations and restore access for local consumers.
According to the agency, the deliveries have been stranded on the road for nearly three days due to impassable areas going to the Bicol Region.
