IMUS CITY, Cavite — Col. Dwight Alegre has been officially installed as director of the Cavite Police Provincial Office.
The ceremonial turnover of command was presided by BGen. Paul Kenneth Lucas on Monday at the covered court of Cuartel, Camp Gen. Pantaleon Garcia in Barangay Poblacion here.
