PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday named lawyer Hilario Paredes as the new chairman of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
Paredes took over from retired police general Thompson Lantion, who had been appointed just last Sept. 10.
