MOL names new LNG carrier for Mitsui & Co.

MITSUI O.S.K. Lines Ltd. (MOL) held a naming ceremony on October 25 for the Marvel Swallow, a new LNG carrier that will be time-chartered to Mitsui & Co. Ltd.

After delivery on October 28, the vessel will undergo a gassing-up/cooling-down operation in Japan and then proceed to its first loading port in the US.
