The House of Representatives' Quad Committee co-chairmen Sta. Rosa Rep. Dan Fernandez and Manila Rep. Benny Abante Jr. reiterate that while the concerns of those who had been victimized by drug addicts are valid, they cannot investigate them all due to the sheer number of people they killed. Fernandez and Abante also answered some criticisms on whether the Quad Committee members were able to help victims of Severe Tropical Storm Kristine, which pummeled parts of Luzon last week.
