CEBU CITY — The National Bureau of Investigation – Central Visayas (NBI-7) arrested a 19-year-old student from Cebu Technological University (CTU) for allegedly making a bomb threat on Monday, October 21.
The student is now facing charges under the Anti-Bomb Joke Law and the Cybercrime Prevention Act, with a potential prison sentence of over six years if convicted.
