PANGASINAN 2nd District Rep. Mark Cojuangco, who, by himself, is approximately half of the number of people in the Philippines who still believe the never-used, 1970s-vintage Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) is a viable option for additional energy supply for the country, engaged in some media outreach last week to lobby for the plant's resurrection, doing interviews for ANC and BusinessWorld. This comes ahead of the anticipated start of yet another feasibility study on the BNPP, this time by the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. (KHNP), which expects to begin work in January 2025.
