Marcos picks news BCDA board chairman

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. named lawyer Hilario Paredes as the new chairman of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority's board of directors.

This was confirmed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.
