THE Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has set at P90 million the minimum prize for all the jackpot-bearing games starting Tuesday, October 29, as part of the PCSO's special marketing promotion on the occasion of its 90th anniversary celebration on Wednesday, October 30.
