MANILA, Philippines — Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Orven Ontalan will handle the graft case filed against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo. Arraignment was set on November 8, 2024.
The case was earlier raffled to Judge Elena Amigo-Amano of RTC Branch 282 but she inhibited herself from the criminal case.

The two counts of graft were filed against Guo, who posted P540,000 bail, for allegedly using her position to issue permits for the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator hub in her town.
The Supreme Court earlier ordered the transfer of her graft cases from Capas, Tarlac to Valenzuela.
Guo is detained at the Pasig City Jail for qualified trafficking, a non-bailable offense.
