MANILA, Philippines — The UST Growling Tigers put an end to their three-game skid after outplaying the FEU Tamaraws, 79-70, in the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday.
Kyle Paranada scored nine of his 13 points in the final frame to lead the Growling Tigers, who improved to 5-6, good for the fourth spot in the standings.
