MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that it would likely raise Signal No. 1 in some areas in Cagayan Valley and the northeastern portion of Bicol Region either Sunday night or Monday due to Tropical Storm Leon.
It said the highest wind signal which may be hoisted would be Signal No. 2.
