CEBU CITY — Agents from the National Bureau of Investigation – Cebu District Office (NBI-Cebdo) conducted another round of raid inside the Philippine offshore gaming operation (POGO) hub at the Tourist Garden Hotel in Barangay Agus, Lapu-Lapu City on Wednesday in search of a Chinese believed to be behind the illegal activities.
The raiders were targeting the office and bedroom of Chinese Zhao Shou Qi, one of the suspected operators of the POGO illegal activities.
