THE Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said it was set to embark on additional capacity-building programs with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to bolster the country's maritime security.
The plan was discussed during the visit of Director of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor of the USCG Holly Haverstick at the PCG National Headquarters in Port Area, Manila, on Wednesday.
