BAGUIO CITY — The city government has stopped the construction of two multipurpose buildings at the iconic Wright Park allegedly due to the contractor's failure to deliver his commitments as the winning bidder of the projects.
City Environment Parks Management Office (Cepmo) head Rhenan Diwas said the structures would house about 40 stables for horses, quarters for the pony boys, community hall for Lualhati barangay, and more than 100 commercial stalls for vendors in the area.
