MANILA, Philippines — Former vice president Leni Robredo on Friday morning activated a special network in conducting relief operations in areas outside Naga City that suffered the onslaught of Severe Tropical Storm "Kristine."
"We have activated our Angat Bayanihan Network to do relief operations in areas outside Naga which have also suffered the same fate from Typhoon Kristine," Robredo said on Facebook.
