Cagayan river swollen due to Severe Tropical Storm Kristine
A swollen Cagayan River in the northern Philippines due to Tropical Storm Trami. Rescue workers are racing to reach residents still stranded by flooding in the hard-hit Bicol region, after torrential rains from the storm submerged villages and killed more than 20 people.
