THROUGH its Field Operations Division, the Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office 2 (DA-RFO2) conducted an information caravan and orientation on the Bagong Pilipinas Agri Puhunan at Pantawid Program (BPAPPP) in Isabela on October 16.
Barby Lagajet-Balcita, DA-RFO2 Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Information Section (Rafis) information officer, said the credit program is a collaborative effort between the DA and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP).
