I AM writing in reply to Al Vitangcol III's column, titled 'Local legislator prepares to battle billionaire Villar,' which appeared in The Manila Times on Oct. 12, 2024.
It is sad that Mr. Vitangcol didn't get our side on the matter for him to be objective on his article, which should be a must for a prudent writer.
