La Union Rep. Francisco Paolo Ortega says he is ready to undergo a drug test after Vice President Sara Duterte on Oct. 22, 2024 challenged lawmakers who are members of the young guns or reelectionists to subject themselves to a televised drug and neuropsychiatric test. Ortega, however, dared Duterte to testify under oath to shed light on the issues surrounding the alleged misuse of confidential funds in the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Education.
