MANILA, Philippines — A hospital in Manila caught fire on Tuesday morning, forcing the evacuation of its patients and students from a nearby university.
The Manila Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office reported that the fire started at the Mary Chiles hospital at 6:48 a.m.
