PROPERTY developer Arthaland Corp. is looking to raise P3 billion via a follow-on offering (FOO) of up to 6 million Series F preferred shares to refinance existing loans and fund ongoing projects.
The base offer will consist of 4 million Series F preferred shares (stock symbol ALCPF), with an oversubscription option of up to an additional 2 million, priced at P500 apiece, Arthaland said on Monday.
