MANILA, Philippines — Jeffrey Cariaso knows Blackwater lost a vital piece when veteran forward Troy Rosario decided to explore his options as a free agent. But the soft-spoken Bossing coach believes the team's loss gives some of his players the chance to step up the plate and build on Blackwater's recent Governors' Cup stint.

"I'll be honest, at the end of the day, it is his (Rosario) right to be a free agent. He has truly taken advantage of this opportunity," Cariaso said during his interview with former PBA commissioner Noli Eala in his sports program Power and Play on Saturday.
