Rethinking the ICC-Duterte issue

IN an apparent effort to stave off speculations about President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. allowing the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague to investigate former president Rodrigo Duterte on the alleged drug killings under his watch, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin has announced on behalf of the President that the executive branch will not cooperate with the ICC in investigating the former president.
