Philippine Coast Guard on alert

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is on heightened alert status in preparation for All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.

Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan, PCG Commandant, said that want to ensure the safety and security of the public during one of the busiest travel periods of the year.
