MANILA, Philippines — Deputy Prime Minister Sainbuyan Amarsaikhan of Mongolia commended the Philippine government for its proactive initiatives in disaster risk reduction and management.
In a recent interview at the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), Amarsaikhan thanked the agency for facilitating discussions on the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) System at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City on Friday.
