IN time for the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, the Malabon City government has reopened the Tugatog Public Cemetery (TPC) which was closed in 2021 for renovation.
Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said that the city government has offered free cremation of the remains that were exhumed during the redevelopment of the cemetery.
