MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives' quad committee invited former president Rodrigo Duterte to its hearing on Tuesday, October 22, as it continues to investigate alleged extrajudicial killings during the drug war implemented under his watch.
The invitation was conveyed in a letter signed by panel chairman and Surigao del Norte 2nd District Rep. Robert Ace Barbers.
