ORMOC CITY — The Cebu City Council has launched an investigation into allegations that undeserving individuals, including possible professionals, are benefiting from the city's socialized housing program.
Councilor Rey Gealon, in a privilege speech on October 9, raised concerns over reports suggesting that professionals may have been included in a program intended for low-income residents.
