THE Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday commended the prompt and decisive actions taken by the Central Luzon police in resolving the brutal murder of online sellers Arvin and Lerma Lulu.

Under the newly designated Police Regional Office-3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, operatives were able to track and arrest at least 10 suspects, including the mastermind, 10 days after the brutal slaying of the couple.
