THE Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and the United Filipinos in Korea (UFilKor) has teamed up in preparing youth leaders from both countries to take part in immersion programs.
Both parties signed an agreement on Monday at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, led by CFO secretary Romeo "Leo" Arugay, and UFilKor chief Mercy Hachero, as well as Philippine ambassador to South Korea Therese Dizon-de Vega, and Consul General Romulo Victor Israel Jr.
