MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday approved the Mindanao Transport Connectivity Improvement Project (MTCIP) that would ensure fast and safe delivery of services to and from the region.
The President who heads the National Economic and Development Authority Board, gave the green light during the 21st NEDA Board meeting in Malacañang.
