DEPARTMENT of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) Order 57, s. 1995, otherwise known as the School Site Acquisition and Documentation for all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools, addresses the issue of disputes regarding school site ownership.

The order encourages school heads to facilitate the acquisition of school lot titles to ensure that the learning environment is safe and secure.
