AFTER proposing a peace covenant with Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto for a "friendly political campaign" to ensure clean and honest elections in the city next year, mayoral bet Sara Discaya now wants to embark on a "charity war" which she said will benefit Pasig residents.

Sara Discaya, a mayoral aspirant in the city, said that they offered a peace covenant to ensure fairness during the campaign.
