KYIV — Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused North Korea on Sunday of sending troops to Russia's military and once again appealed for more support to prevent "a bigger war."

Zelenskyy's comments came days after visiting several European nations to press his case for more military and financial help in his country's war against invading Russian forces.
