NEW CLARK CITY, Tarlac — Three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were signed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Korean business groups to assist this rising metropolis transform into Asia's preferred investment and tourism destination.
BCDA and RMS Platform signed the agreement on the sidelines of Philippines-Korea Business Forum at Manila Hotel last week, details of which were distributed to the media on Monday.
