No storm forecast as easterlies continue to prevail over PH — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area (LPA) inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in two to three days.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres said in a 5 a.m. advisory that Pagasa spotted cloud clusters over areas in Visayas and Mindanao but they were expected to dissipate within the day and would not directly affect the country.
