HANOI — Vietnam and China signed 10 agreements on Sunday, including the expansion of cross-border railway links, payments and economic cooperation.

The signings followed a meeting between Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and visiting Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
