MANILA, Philippines — More than six kilograms of methamphetamine hydrochloride were seized from a South African passenger who arrived in Manila on October 12, the Philippine National Police - Aviation Security Group said on Monday.
The 31-year-old foreigner was arrested by members of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group upon his arrival at NAIA on Saturday night.
