This data is alarming as it may cause heart diseases, which continue to be the leading cause of death in the Philippines from 2015 to 2023 especially to those who are stressed at work or lack sleep.

High cholesterol occurs when too many fats (lipids) are in the blood, either due to genetics or unhealthy lifestyle choices. These fats build up in the arteries and form fatty deposits, which can lead to a heart attack.
