MANILA, Philippines — College of Saint Benilde had more fuel to overcome the fiery fourth quarter run of San Sebastian College-Recoletos, 91-85, in the second round of the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City on Sunday.

Allen Liwag showed dominance inside the paint and chipped in 18 markers, along with six rebounds to lift the Blazers.
